This official registration form ensures each player is registered for tryouts and that parents and/or guardians receive all communications in the future from our league, along with information regarding tryouts and team fees.

REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE ON FEBRUARY 14, 2025 TO GIVE US ENOUGH TIME TO PLAN FOR TRYOUTS.

2025 Tryout Dates

Tryouts will be scheduled for February 15th, March 15th and April 5-6th. Weather permitted, the April dates will be outside. If not they will be held inside the Fieldhouse. Information will be sent out ahead of time to everyone who has registered.

After the first weekend of tryouts, we will communicate more with you.

If your player cannot make your tryout, please let us know.

Please note that if your player is selected for one of our teams, he/she will have some additional paperwork to fill out, which will be sent to you upon confirmation of the team selection.

If your player earns a spot on a team, the team fees are as follows:

$3,500, Moose Monarchs
$3,200, K of C Knights
$1,800, Saamis Rotary Majestics

After you submit the form, we ask you to send an EFT for a $500 deposit. $100.00 is a non-refundable tryout fee. $400.00 is a refundable deposit if the player is not selected for the program. Bingo Option

All players are required to pay an upfront bingo fee of $800. They can choose to work off the entire amount by working 10 bingos over the 2025 year. Families must work 2 bingos before the credits begin. Each bingo worked after the first two, receive back $100/bingo. If a family chooses to not work any bingos, those families will have an additional $400 "get-out-of-bingo" fee applied to their 2025 registration. Stephanie Davies, or bigleaguebingo@telus.net will register you for the Bingo. 8 workers needed per bingo. Schedule is posted online. There are no casinos in the 2025 season.
